Abtax operates in three main areas
Accountancy, Book-keeping and Tax:
Abtax is a registered member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and we are licensed to give advice on Accounting, Book-keeping and Tax issues. On a day to day basis we provide a support service to our clients which includes preparing monthly management accounts for directors or owners with quality advisory letters, provision for taxes and all the necessary end of year filings for companies and individuals.
Payroll Bureau service (Abtax Payroll Services):
This aspect of the practise concentrates solely on Payroll and Employment issues. Our clients choose to use Abtax for their payroll administration as we understand their expectations and the need for employees salaries and wages to be paid on time and accurately, advise them on Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions as payments become due and ensure that all filing requirements are done promptly on their behalf. Our service is designed to give our clients peace of mind. Abtax has also extended the payroll service to the Construction industry; hence we help clients with CIS deductions, calculations, subcontractor’s statements, monthly returns and reporting to H M Revenue and Customs.
Finance – Abtax CS:
Abtax CS is a company incorporated to cater for the needs of our International Clients. Our services include;
- Sourcing capital equipments and help arrange payment terms with suppliers via a finance house e.g. Forfeiting
- Arrange international finance for projects in emerging markets
- Trade and export finance
- Source for and assist clients in purchasing properties in Europe and abroad
- Source for crude oil and gas and any other commodities.
- Introduction to investment banks
The aim of Abtax CS is to bridge the gap between Projects and Finance. We have the expertise in placing our clients with various finance houses in Europe and the USA.
